Articles 4-7 Summary
Many things are laid out in in these four articles. In article four, it is said that states have to respect each other's laws and they must follow the laws of extradition. That means to return the accused person back to where they committed the crime. In article five, we learn what an amendment is. An amendment explains how changes or new laws are made to the Constitution. Article six talks about how the Constitution and the federal government are both very important. Lastly, in article seven, the idea of radification is made. That is when the fouders and framers signed the Constitution.
